Refund policy
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags still attached, no signs of wear and tear, no makeup or stains from trying on the item. No animal hair/ scent or smoke smell. Items must be properly packed and wrapped for return and dropped off with postmarked within 7 business days of delivery date. Dusty Dollar Trading Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on a return. All returns that meet criteria are eligible for store credit.
No international orders are available for return. All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address. Packages returned can be reshipped at the expense of purchaser.
Finale sale items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Jewelry
- Hats
- Hair Accessories
- Seasonal or holiday items
